ICM is Intentional Camera Movement technique, when a photographer is moving the camera with long exposure time while taking a picture. Everything in this process is intuitive - how long an exposure to make and how to move the camera. That’s what it makes it interesting.
The top section are photos of water, trees, lights in a tunnel, etc, bottom section are fireworks using the ICM technique.
